  • Pray every time before eating. At least "Aum" and thank you for the food.

  • Observe nature, lakes, streams, trees, the sun, moon, or do sky gazing for five minutes a day.

  • Thank GOD every night before sleeping. Literally talk to him about your day.

  • One set of Surya Namaskar every morning and total of 10 minutes of Gyan Mudra any time.

  • Do one chore specially for your parents everyday. An action to show your love for them.

  • No junk food.
  • This includes candy, potato chips, and soda.

 May 20th – June 2nd 2012
  • Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
  • Do not waste food in your plate, take short showers, and save paper, electricity, and gas.

June 3rd 2012 - Summer break
  • AHIMSAA – Non-Violence.
  • Refrain from eating killed animals. They have a right to live. There is enough healthy food for us!
